This method should only be used for billing, membership issues or if there is an emergency such as a hacked account.

E-mail Pogo from the Help menu and get slow results.
On the top of every page, there is a "Help" tab. This should be used if you are experiencing any bugs with the games or the website or if you just need a certain question asked. There is also a FAQ section, which contains tons of questions-and-answers to some of the most popular asked questions.
Note: It could take days before Pogo gets back to you, so if there is an emergency, contact Pogo through Phone.
